PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk dan Jejak Kebijakan di Barito Timur

Dalam surat bernomor 01/HITV/Red-Klarifikasi/II/2026 itu, redaksi meminta penjelasan resmi atas sejumlah isu krusial, termasuk dugaan penggunaan memo dinas Bupati Barito Timur tahun 2006 sebagai dasar pengelolaan atau penunjukan pihak angkutan batu bara.
JAKARTA, HITV— Polemik pengelolaan angkutan batu bara yang melintasi Kabupaten Barito Timur kembali mengemuka. Redaksi HITVberita.com melayangkan surat permintaan klarifikasi kepada manajemen PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk pada 18 Februari 2026, menyusul rangkaian pemberitaan terkait dugaan keterkaitan kebijakan masa lalu Pemerintah Kabupaten Barito Timur dengan pengelolaan kontrak angkutan batu bara perusahaan Adaro tersebut.
Dan, nama mantan Bupati Barito Timur, dua periode, Zain Alkim, saat ini dia menjabat sebagai Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Barito Timur masa jabatan periode 2024-2029, akhirnya namanya ikut terseret dalam pusaran polemik.
Memo Dinas yang disebut-sebut terbit pada masa kepemimpinannya Zain semasih menjabat dua periode sebagai Bupati Bartim (2003-2008 dan 2008-2013) tersebut, kini menjadi sorotan publik, terutama setelah DPRD setempat mengakui belum mendapat gambaran utuh mengenai konstruksi kerja sama pengelolaan angkutan batu bara PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk.

Perlu diketahui bahwa, sebelumnya Zain Alkim juga pernah menjabat sebagai Anggota DPRD Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah untuk periode 2014–2019.

Isu ini bermula dari pertanyaan tentang dasar hukum penunjukan pengelola atau mitra angkutan batu bara di wilayah Barito Timur sejak 2007 hingga kini.
